New Uno Chicago Grill menu items pack fiber

BOSTON – Uno Chicago Grill is promoting new menu items for their fiber content. A new pizza, All-Natural, Five-Grain Crust, Harvest Vegetable Flatbread, provides 15 grams of fiber mostly because of its whole wheat, toasted wheat germ, oat bran, sesame seed and ground flaxseed crust.
The restaurant chain also is offering Barilla whole grain penne pasta as a substitute for any of the traditional pastas on its menu. Barilla whole grain penne pasta, made with 51% whole wheat, is an excellent source of fiber.
