Bob's Red Mill expands gluten-free cake, cookie mixes

PORTLAND, ORE. — Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods has introduced Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix and Gluten Free Shortbread Cookie Mix.
"Whether by choice or necessity, the number of people following a gluten-free diet is growing at an extraordinary rate," said Bob Moore, founder. "These consumers want what the non-gluten free community takes for granted — sweet and decadent foods that taste good and are also good for you. That’s what we are delivering with our new gluten-free cake and cookie mixes."
With these new products, Bob’s Red Mill has more than 70 gluten-free products. The suggested retail price for both the cake and cookie mix is $3.79.
