B.&C.M.A. offering educational webinar

The Biscuit and Cracker Manufacturers’ Association is offering “The B&CMA Entry Level Training Program: Training New Cookie and Cracker Employees” on Monday, Dec. 5, as a webinar in English or Spanish to train in ingredients, mixing, forming and baking.
The webinar will be held at 1 p.m. Central Time, and the B.&C.M.A. is offering one complimentary webinar registration per B.&C.M.A. member facility. Additional enrollments are $100 per log-in.
Dennis Loalbo, B.&C.M.A. technical adviser, and Stacey Sharpless, president of the B.&C.M.A., will host the program. The training benefits of the program include reducing in-plant training time, providing consistency in baseline information given to employees, the convenience of the e-learning format allows employees to complete the program at any computer, and addressing various employee abilities with test-out options.
The deadline to register is 12 p.m. Central Time on Friday, Dec. 2. Registration may be completed on-line at www.thebcma.org.
