SK Food International introduces precooked flaked amaranth and quinoa in identity-preserved, certified-organic and conventional non-GMO formats. Custom-milled from heirloom grains, the flakes are gluten-free and kosher. Amaranth and quinoa have been termed “supergrains” because of their high levels of protein and other health benefits. The precooked flakes can be incorporated into many foods, including cereals, tortillas, snacks, baby foods, flat breads, bakery mixes and energy bars.
