DALLAS — Adding to its growing customer service team, tna solutions has appointed Tom McPhee to the newly created position of group technical support manager. Based in the company’s Dallas office, Mr. McPhee will be responsible for coordinating and developing tna’s global technical support teams, including the company’s after-market service division.

Mr. McPhee has more than 20 years of technical service experience. He has held technical support as well as global service management positions across the globe at companies that include TAP Biosystems and Mettler Toledo. tna believes his past experience improving customer satisfaction through effective technical service practices will allow the business to exceed customer expectations.
