Installed in a pit or used with a ramp, Douglas Machines Corp. rack, pan and utensil washers make cleanup quick and economical. Bakers can choose from front- or rear-mounted pump designs with sheet pan capacities of 36 to 72 per batch or clean racks/carts that fit into the wash chamber. Bakers can process up to 10 batches an hour using just 120 gallons of water per hour. Standard or custom wash racks are available to process several types of containers.
