ST. LOUIS — A day after announcing the appointment of a new president and chief executive officer, Post Holdings, Inc. has found a new chief financial officer. Jeff A. Zadoks will become Post’s senior vice-president and c.f.o., effective Nov. 1.

“Jeff has been an integral part of Post's finance operations since he joined the company in 2011,” said Rob Vitale, who has been named president and c.e.o. of Post. Mr. Vitale most recently was c.f.o. since October 2011. “He has in-depth knowledge of the company and extensive experience, and is ideal to lead our finance team as we continue to execute our business strategies.”

Mr. Zadoks most recently has been corporate controller since October 2011 and senior vice-president and chief accounting officer since January 2014. Prior to joining Post, he was senior vice-president and chief accounting officer at RehabCare Group, Inc., a provider of post-acute care in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.

Additionally, Diedre J. Gray has been promoted to senior vice-president, general counsel and administration. Ms. Gray will continue as the company’s corporate secretary. Ms. Gray has been senior vice-president-legal and corporate secretary since December 2011 and general counsel since September 2012. Prior to joining Post, she most recently was associate general counsel and assistant secretary at MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. (now SunEdison, Inc.), a semiconductor and solar wafer manufacturing company.

“Jeff and Diedre have demonstrated efficiency, organization and leadership beginning with our spin-off and through numerous acquisitions and financing transactions, growing and adapting with our ever changing organization,” Mr. Vitale said.
