Linde offers a portfolio of hygienically-designed, cryogenic freezers and chilling systems. This includes cryogenic technology such as the new Cryoline CW (Cryowave) IQF freezer, which uses a proprietary rolling-wave action to individually quick freeze a range of products from diced poultry to pasta. It also includes advanced Accu-Chill systems that rapidly chill ground meat and poultry from the bottom of mixers or blenders with liquid nitrogen or CO2. Linde also offers a range of systems that can generate CO2 snow on demand to improve process chilling efficiency and productivity compared to manual systems.
Mr. Wall began in the marketing and innovation development program at Linde in 2013. Before joining Linde, he worked as a design engineer at WSP Group.
Linde is supporting the manufacturing and energy industries in and around Houston with the construction of a new air separation unit (ASU) in La Porte, Texas. The new Linde ASU produces oxygen, nitrogen and argon and is part of the $250 million Linde North America invested at the site.
The La Porte investment is part of an aggressive Linde expansion effort that also includes a new ASU in Lewisville, Ark. Linde liquid nitrogen is shipped by tanker truck to food processors for freezing and chilling a variety of meats, poultry, seafood and prepared food products.
Linde L.L.C. supports the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the advancement of food safety. Linde has a food safety management system in place for all bulk carbon dioxide (CO2) plants and air separation facilities supplying the food and beverage industry in North America. In June 2012, Linde became the first supplier to certify all of its CO2 plants to a benchmarked GFSI scheme, FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification).
