The 29-in. long “Triad” dough chunking blades chunk the dough piece down into the horizontal dough belt and into the dough elevator. Features include non-sticking coated chunker blades, all stainless steel sanitary construction, quick-release belts for ease of cleaning, and PLC controls as needed.
