A die cutter forms elbow-shaped crackers that have a non-symmetrical degree of curvature between top and bottom sides giving the pieces a recognizable elbow-shaped configuration. The cutter’s configuration nests the dough pieces together so that there is no sheeted cracker dough remaining between adjacent pieces.
