MIAMI — Several changes have been made to the senior management team at Burger King Holdings, Inc., including the naming of Jonathan Fitzpatrick as executive vice-president of global operations. Mr. Fitzpatrick was previously senior vice-president of operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Other management changes include Heitor Goncalves as executive vice-president and chief information and performance officer, Greg Ryan to executive vice-president of Latin America and the Caribbean, and Daniel Schwartz as executive vice-president and deputy chief financial officer. In addition, Jose Tomas, former vice-president of human resources, was named executive vice-president and chief human resources and communications officer, and Steve Wiborg was named executive vice-president and president of North America.

The company also is nearing naming an executive vice-president and president for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Anne Chwat, executive vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary; Natalia Franco, executive vice-president and global chief marketing officer; Peter Tan, executive vice-president, president of Asia Pacific; and Ben Wells, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will all remain in their positions on the senior management team.
