In an upcoming webinar by the American Society of Baking (ASB) titled “Bakery Logistics: Eliminating Waste. Creating Profit,” Marc Braun, president of Pcdata’s North America division, will discuss some of the techniques and the latest technologies that are available to make order fulfillment easier and more accurate at the same time. The webinar also will explore how to track orders and baskets from production line to final delivery and, in the case of baskets, also back to the bakery.
