Babbco’s Air Impingement Cooler is now available with built-in refrigeration towers. Using ambient air, chilled water, glycol or a combination, the upgraded cooler design is efficient and can provide significant savings over cryogenic systems while reducing product and/or pan temperatures. In a production line layout it can be deployed as a separate unit or tightly integrated with a Babbco tunnel oven to provide a streamlined footprint.
