Starting with this fall’s harvest, Suntava will offer certified-organic Suntava Purple Corn. The US-grown, whole grain, non-GMO, gluten-free corn can be used in chips, cereals, tortillas and other baked foods. The company recently verified the corn’s high ORAC score at Brunswick Laboratories, a pioneer in antioxidant testing. The purple maize hybrid is abundant in anthocyanins, antioxidants and natural color.
