TRU CL, a clean-label conditioner, at 0.25% replaces 20 to 45 ppm ADA. OxiBake CL is another clean-label product with a suggested usage rate of 0.125% to supplant 10 to 20 ppm ADA. N’Hance Ultra Tabs perform at one tablet per cwt flour to substitute for ADA used at less than 10 ppm.
