Walkers Shortbread, Hauppauge, NY, adds Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Shortbread to its line of shortbread items. Wheat flour is replaced by a blend of rice flour, maize flour and potato starch. The gluten-free shortbreads contain the same butter and sugar as regular shortbreads. The chocolate chips provide a rich and luxurious complement to the classic shortbread cookie.
