CAMDEN, N.J. — Campbell Soup Co. announced that Post Foods will become a new participating partner in the company’s long-running Labels for Education (L.F.E.) program. With sales of more than $1 billion annually, Post sells more than 360 million units each year. All Post brands will carry the Labels for Education insignia on package to promote participation in the program. “We are thrilled about this new partnership with Post Cereals,” said Mike Salzberg, president of Campbell Sales Co. “It expands the reach of the Labels for Education program into the cereal aisle and provides L.F.E. participants with a new way to earn points that can be redeemed for arts, athletics and academic materials for their schools.” Newly labeled Post brands featuring the Labels for Education logo are expected to arrive on store shelves in February. “We are excited to participate in the Labels for Education program and to provide our consumers with the ability to enrich their schools with each purchase of Post cereal brands,” said Kelly Annis, director of consumer promotions for Post Foods. Since its launch in 1973, the Labels for Education program has provided more than $110 million in school supplies and educational materials to help enrich thousands of school programs in the areas of arts, athletics and academics.
