Bühler Group extended its portfolio of industrial bakeries with the JetMix Hydration Module (HM). The compact module is built for the continuous production of hydrated doughs for various bakery products. Mixing and kneading time can be reduced by up to 50%, resulting in less heat stress during kneading. In addition to higher process efficiency, qualities like volume and bread softness are improved. Depending on the recipe, JetMix HM allows for capacities of up to 7 tons per hour and a dough yield in between 165 and 220 pieces per minute.
