CHICAGO — Brighette Anderson has joined Bays Corp. as technical services director. Ms. Anderson will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing food safety and regulatory compliance policies and procedures for Bays English Muffins.
Ms. Anderson has more than 12 years of experience in the food industry and most recently was quality manager at Gonnella Baking Co. Earlier, she worked in quality assurance/quality control for Kraft Foods for three years.
