HORSHAM, PA. — Four years after launching the product in California and two years after introducing it on the East coast, Bimbo Bakeries USA has rolled out its Eureka! organic bread nationally. The bread, available in six varieties, contains no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or high-fructose corn syrup and is U.S.D.A. certified organic, vegan certified and most recently Non-GMO Project verified.

The bread is available in six varieties: Grainiac, Saaa-Wheat, Seeds the Day, Top Seed, Smoooooth Wheat, and Sweet Baby Grains. All the bread is available in 18-oz packages, while the Grainiac, Saaa-Wheat and Seeds the Day varieties also are available in 27-oz packages.
