Lesley Stowe Fine Foods, Richmond, BC, adds a new flavor to its Raincoat Crisps line: Cinnamon Raisin. Launched in 2007 by chef and cookbook author Lesley Stowe, Raincoat Crisps are artisan-style crackers formulated to stand on their own or pair with appetizer spreads. The company claims the Cinnamon Raisin variety pairs perfectly with aged cheddar, manchego or asiago cheese or serves as breakfast on the run. Along with the existing flavors — Original, Rosemary Raisin Pecan, Cranberry Hazelnut, Fig and Olive, and Salty Date and Almond — the Cinnamon Raisin crackers are available throughout Canada and in select Whole Foods and other specialty stores in the US.
