BOSTON — Carol Fenster, Ph.D. and author of 10 gluten-free cookbooks, has partnered with Shelley Case, a registered dietitian who specializes in gluten-free diets, to create a 7-page guide called “Whole Grains and the Gluten-Free Diet.”

The guide, which is available for free in PDF form at, includes details on what are gluten-free whole grains, the health benefits of whole grains in a gluten-free diet, culinary benefits and ways to add whole grains to a gluten-free diet, recipes, and links to providers of gluten-free whole grains.
