» Pandemic fuels popcorn innovation
Pandemic fuels popcorn innovation
Boozy flavors baked into kernels
Source: Eatable
Eatable popcorn was developed by a Toronto-based husband and wife who gained flavor inspiration from classic cocktails, wine and spirits. They use real alcohol to make their popped and then twice-baked snack; however, the cooking process eliminates the alcohol content, leaving only the residual flavor from adult beverages, such as champagne, margarita, rose, sangria and whiskey.
Popcorn delivered to your door
The Popzup Factory is a company in Dover, NH. Popzup popcorn kernels are grown in Pennsylvania and all ingredients are sourced in the United States, according to the company. The company sells 5.5-oz bags of RTE popcorn online in flavors such as applewood maple, everything bagel, smoked caramel, sweet sriracha and Vermont maple.
