Hinds-Bock Corp. manufactures a family of industrial muffin and cake batter depositors. Its standard and custom systems include standalone depositors as well as complete 12,000-lb-per-hour production depositing lines that feature tray and cup denesting, multiple batter depositors, pan oilers and dry ingredient depositors. Bulk intermediate hoppers accept multiple batches of batter from the largest mixers and automatically feed batter to depositor hoppers. Bulk hoppers come in double- or triple-wall configurations with cooling water and insulation helping maintain product temperature.
