DALLAS — Lionel Ladouceur has been named chief executive officer of Le Duff America, the U.S.-based subsidiary of Groupe Le Duff. He succeeds Olivier Poirot, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Poirot was named c.e.o. of Le Duff America in January 2017. Mr. Ladouceur has more than 25 years of restaurant industry experience in operations, franchise and general management in the United States, Canada and Europe. Most recently he was c.e.o. of Simport Scientific and earlier was c.e.o. of the restaurant division of Auchan Groupe and c.e.o. of Bridor Inc. and Brioche Doree in Canada and the Northeast U.S. He received a master’s degree in management from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Le Duff America operates multiple restaurant concepts in the United States, including Brioche Dorée, la Madeleine French Bakery & Café and Mimi’s.
