Charlotte Atchley is editor of Baking & Snack. Atchley joined the magazine in 2011 as assistant editor and served as senior editor in 2014 until assuming her current role. As editor, Atchley covers the wholesale baking and snack industries, including the latest in trends, ingredient and equipment technologies, and operational best practices. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Southwest Baptist University as well as a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.
