Nico Roesler

Nico Roesler, managing editor of Baking & Snack, has two years of experience in the baking industry. He joined the Baking & Snack team as the IBIE editor and managed all special projects relating to IBIE 2016. Prior to that, he worked for daily community newspapers in New Mexico and Kansas. He is a graduate of the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Kansas.
