The line is available in four varieties, including five cheese, meat trio, fire roasted vegetable and uncured pepperoni.
Barilla pasta is launching Al Bronzo, an all-new line of die cut, non-GMO semolina pasta.
Available in six different shapes, including fusilli, mezzi rigatoni, penne rigate, bucatini, linguine and spaghetti, the pasta may be purchased on Amazon.com or at Nordstrom restaurants. Wider retail distribution will begin in 2023, according to the company.
Plant-based food manufacturer Daiya Foods is adding frozen flatbread pizzas to its product line of non-dairy cheeses and desserts.
The allergen-friendly flatbreads are available in three flavors, including mushroom, caramelized onion and fig; meatless Italian sausage style crumbles; roasted pepper and kale; and tomato, sunflower seed pesto and arugula.
Canyon Bakehouse LLC, a subsidiary of Flowers Foods, Inc., has introduced gluten-free Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. The new frozen rolls are made with whole grains and are free from gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame and soy.
Each roll has 2 grams of protein and no trans or saturated fats. Canyon Bakehouse describes the rolls as “slightly sweet with a soft, pillowy texture.”
Midwestern franchise Imo’s Pizza is introducing its St. Louis-style pies to the frozen aisle.
Made with Provel cheese in the classic St. Louis style, the frozen pizzas will be available in cheese; sausage; pepperoni; bacon; sausage and pepperoni; deluxe (sausage, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms and onion) and four meat (sausage, pepperoni, bacon and Canadian bacon) varieties.
Guerrero, a brand of Gruma SAB de CV, has introduced Zero Net Carbs tortillas and Nutri-Ricas Carb Watch tortillas.
The new Zero Net Carbs tortillas have zero net carbs and zero sugar, and they also are keto-certified, high in fiber and low in calories, according to Guerrero. They are available in two varieties: original and chipotle.
The Nutri-Ricas Carb Watch tortillas line also has been extended to include a salsa roja flavor.
Food manufacturer Schwan’s Co. is expanding its portfolio with a line of pre-fired frozen pizza under its Hearth & Fire brand.
The margherita and Bianca flavors are available for a suggested retail price of $11.99 and the pepperoni and mushroom flavors for a suggested retail price of $12.99.
Lupini beans star in a new line of boxed pasta launched by Lupii, a female-founded snack startup. A regenerative crop, lupini beans pack three times more protein than eggs and three times more fiber than oats, according to the company.
Pasta shapes include elbow, penne and rotini. The ingredients include sweet lupini flour, chickpea flour and tapioca.

Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc. is going “sweet” with the launch of Sweet Party Potato Rolls and Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls. The new rolls feature high-protein wheat flour, potatoes, nonfat milk, butter and pure cane sugar.
In addition, the rolls contain no artificial colors or sweeteners and meet the national non-GMO standard, according to Martin’s.
Wicked Kitchen has added artisan frozen pizzas and frozen ready meals to its range of plant-based offerings in the United States.
The 14-inch artisan frozen pizzas are made with hand-stretched dough for a crust that is wood fired and topped with “Motz,” the company’s new vegan meltable plant-based mozzarella-style topping.
The new frozen ready meals are 14-oz heat-and-eat entrees that, “provide bold global flavors and are ready in minutes,” Wicked Kitchen said.
Better-for-you tortilla company Maria and Ricardo’s is expanding distribution of its keto-friendly tortillas to include most Spouts Farmers Market, Shop Rite and Wegmans locations.
The keto-friendly tortillas are made with almond flour and contain 4 net carbs per serving. The tortillas, which are available in sea salt, everything seasoning and flax and seed flavors, also are gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and made using non-GMO ingredients.
Gluten-free frozen food company Capello’s is launching the Low Carb Lifestyle Uncured Pepperoni Pizza.
The keto-friendly, fiber-rich frozen pizza features a crust made with turnips, almond flour and flaxseed. Each serving contains 6g of net carbs.
La Brea Bakery has introduced a new cinnamon raisin artisan bread at Kroger-owned stores.
La Brea said it developed the new bread through a partnership with Kroger Co. The two companies said the variety identified a gap in the instore bakery category.
